About Hester

Twelve years at Philips. Then the Caledonian field.

Hester Noordijk began her career with Philips, including Consumer Electronics in Marne-la-Vallée, Car Systems in Wetzlar, International Purchasing in Vienna and Medical Systems in Eindhoven. Twelve years in management, marketing, negotiation, planning, organisation and logistics: the tools to adapt training to everyday work.

She arrived in New Caledonia in 1999 and first trained people in Office and English. In 2007 she founded Formax as managing director and lead trainer. From 2013 to 2016 she returned to the field with Roadbridge Ltd., an Irish earthworks company, on a four-year project for Valé Nouvelle-Calédonie: Project Management support in management, organisation, administration and logistics.

Who is Hester Noordijk?

Managing director and lead trainer at Formax. Twelve years at Philips in Europe, trainer in Nouméa since 1999, Formax from 2007. Field experience with Roadbridge / Valé (2013 to 2016) in management and logistics.

Do you only do training?

Training is the core. Formax also offers support in management, administration, organisation and logistics: contracts, access, databases, fuel or maintenance follow-up, temporary staffing, meeting interpreting…

Where do you work?

In Nouméa and New Caledonia, in-house or on site. Flexible and highly mobile, with deep knowledge of the territory and the islands.
